These Terms of Service govern the purchase, licensing, and use of Northfold Research publications, including standard briefs, sector annexes, and custom calibrations, provided by Ronald Reisener (Northfold Research).
Publications are available exclusively to businesses, professionals, and self-employed persons acting in a commercial or professional capacity within the meaning of § 14 BGB. Consumer purchases are not permitted.
Northfold Research publications are research documents intended for internal decision support. They do not constitute legal, tax, investment, regulatory, or implementation advice. Recipients remain responsible for their own decisions based on the content of the publications.
Northfold does not guarantee commercial success, regulatory compliance, or any specific outcome arising from the use of its publications.
Entitles one named individual within the licensee organization to use the publication. Redistribution outside the named individual is not permitted.
Entitles up to five named individuals within one licensee organization to use the publication. Distribution within the licensed team is permitted; redistribution beyond the team is not.
Entitles organization-wide use, including distribution on internal knowledge platforms accessible to employees of the licensee organization. Redistribution to third parties, affiliates, clients, or subsidiaries outside the licensee organization is not permitted.
The following uses are prohibited without separate written agreement:
Standard briefs are delivered as PDF within two business days of payment confirmation. Calibrations are delivered within five to eight business days of intake.
Prices are quoted in EUR and exclude applicable VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate on invoice. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northfold Research's liability arising from or in connection with its publications is limited to the amount paid for the relevant publication. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Dresden, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
